To collect Stars for a transaction in participating outlets, Member MUST present the impian card to cashier before every transaction to ensure that spending amount is recorded and accumulated. All purchased items at the outlets can earn Stars except items namely touch & go reload, e-pay and Telco prepaid value purchases. Minimum purchase of RM5 is required.

Impian card Privileges Programme Membership is FREE. You just need to request and complete the Application Form at any of our participating outlets. Your new impian card is attached with our Application Form.

No. Impian card is FREE to Member and no annual fee will be charged for Membership.

No. As soon as you have an impian card, you can begin to collect Stars. There should be no accumulation of Stars for backdated receipts.

You can register at any of our participating outlets or via SMS, Type 'IMPIAN<space>REG<space>CARD NO.<space>CVV<space>NAME<space>I/C or PASSPORT NO.' Send to 36660. RM0.30 will be charged for each SMS.
Eg : “IMPIAN REG 8823999988889999 123 DIANA 801208105858” Send to 36660.

Use your impian card to earn Stars immediately at any impian card participating outlets in
Malaysia. 1 Star = 1 cent
For Mogas : 1 litre = 1 Star
For Diesel : 2 litres = 1 Star
For Mart : 1 RM = 1 Star

Yes. You will get your Stars immediately after purchase. However, your Stars will be credited into your impian card Account upon the submission of the relevant transaction by the Merchant.

No. Your impian card must be presenting during purchases.

Yes. Your impian Stars will be expired after 36 months if the card was not active or no transaction at all within the period.

You can check your Stars at www.impiancard.com.my or at participating outlets or via SMS, Type "IMPIAN<space>BAL<space>CARD NO.<space>I/C or PASSPORT NO." Send to 36660. RM0.30 will be charged for each SMS.

No. Impian card is a privilege card. It is not a credit card, debit card or charge card. By swiping your card, our Merchants will record your purchase so your impian Stars can be allocated.

Yes. Impian card Membership is open to individuals, residents and non-residents of Malaysia. There is no age limit for the Membership.

You can focus your spending at impian card participating outlets or rope your family members in to accelerate collection of impian Star and redeem cash faster.

Cash-in your ‘Stars’ value as cash redemption at any impian card Privileges Programme participating outlets.

No. There is no supplementary card application.

You may apply for a new impian card if it is lost or stolen by fill up a new Application Form. RM3 processing fees are chargeable if required Stars to be transferred from old card to the new card. In the form of credits deduction from the original card balances, total of 300 Stars will be deducted.
